In the 30th century, humans experience a true and stable Utopia, managed by the Benevolent Corporations that have replaced planetary governments. Under Corporate Rule, famine and war have become ancient history, buried in the archives that are reinterpreted as seen fit.
To entertain the huge galactic population, corporations introduce a dizzying array of adrenalin fueled races and eXtreme-Sports. Daring pilots race for speed and endurance on water, land, air, across solar systems and between stars. Those more adventurous engage in planetary X-Sports from Sky-Diving, Base Jumping, Road-Luge to Kite-surfing and Knark-punching.
But while everything looks nice and shiny, the corporations are starting to exceed their remit, subjugating and oppressing entire planetary populations. Eventually they try to strip humans off their right to personal possessions and free movement, to treat humans as nothing but cells in their star-spanning corporate organisms. The Utopia is decaying.
When the corporations start to destroy entire planets, the Solar Tribes stand up, to fight for The Reclaim of human rule. Lacking military vehicles or training, racers turn into pilots, X-sportsmen into X-soldiers. Adapting weaponry onto anything that moves, they fight corporate oppression to the last planet standing.
